The room at Elite World Grand Istanbul Basin Ekspres was like a cozy oasis in the bustling city. The 24-hour room service and Smart TV made me feel pampered, and the complimentary toiletries added a lovely touch. As a traveler who values comfort and convenience, this room exceeded my expectations.

I found the pillow menu a bit overwhelming.

There was lots of fabulous meals. Favourable and marvellous location, walking distance to Yeni Zeynebiye Camii. Quite comfortable stay, as always.

This hotel is truly luxurious and fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the service was outstanding, from the friendly and helpful staff to the incredible Spa & wellness centre. the indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Spa lounge were all spotless and very relaxing. the massage I received was one of the best I've had. the Halal food served at the restaurant was delicious, and I appreciated the special diet menus available.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the location was not very convenient for sightseeing. I didn't mind as I spent most of my time in the hotel's beautiful garden area or lounging by the outdoor swimming pool.

The brassiere Grill Restaurant at the hotel was a delightful surprise. The exquisite Turkish and World cuisines were just like a symphony for my taste buds. The attentive service made me feel like a VIP, and I couldn't help but compare the experience to dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Breakfast buffet needs variety.

The event facilities at this hotel, including the conference space and meeting rooms, were up to par and facilitated a seamless experience for the summit.

The one service that I missed for my work at the hotel was a more efficient room service response time.

Everything was simply fine. They provided variety of amazing choices for breakfast that was included. Well-trained employees were from the hospitality of the staff and kept the hotel spotlessly clean.

Strongly recommend this place and will be back. It was located in a gorgeous area just next door to the airport, highways and Istanbul.

Super clean hotel with a nice smell in rooms. Super helpful and polite staff. Top-quality food in the Grill restaurant. Open rooftop bar with a midnight snack and a great Istanbul view. Spa and pool area for relaxation. Free shuttle to Mall of Istanbul. Near shopping malls and outlets.

Felt like being at home, no complaints.

I stayed at this hotel for a week due to a surgery and needed a spacious room. The hotel's decor was beautiful and the staff, particularly Tanju, Selcuk, and the restaurant hostess, were friendly. The club suite I initially booked was fantastic, but since I am a smoker, I switched to a comfort suite. I hope they offer smoking club suites in the future. it was a classy and elite hotel that I absolutely loved.

The spa area was gorgeous and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, when we lost shopping bags, they went the extra mile to help us locate them, making our stay nice. we highly recommend this hotel.

There is a large indoor rainforest with birds on the conference level, which is very attractive and unusual. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym are perfect. The hotel taxi service is professional and helpful.

The hotel is a little out of the way so it would have been nice to have been nearer a metro or bus station.
